each to there own, but the i have to say that marzocchi do warranty forks that have been raced, firstly it would be utter bullshit if they didn't warranty something that broke doing what it should do (these fork are made for riding hard and racing are they not?) and secondly i had some 07 66s before the 888 and one of the cartridges wasn't working like it should (and i did race with the 66 fork) and they just took it back and fixed it straight away and it was fine after that, they weren't even bothered that they where raced or abused or anything as that's what there made for and why they cost what they do.

It's gorgeous, this is the only bike in the world that makes me think about swapping my DHR (apart from the new 2010 D.W link DHR)

Joco, your an idiot that 888 ata wc isn't crap, have you ever owned one as i've had mine for about a year and its amazing, brilliant performance at races and unbeatable reliability (when everyone else at races has to service there 40s and boxxers all the time my forks keep running as great as they did on day one) and trust me they do use there full 200mm travel as i have done (they are adjustable between 160 and 200 but if u put them on 200 then they use the 200mm)

looks nice but instead of having the track wind round the rock why not use that rock as a drop / jump or somthing

Nah that's a load of crap, they're an amazing fork, never had a single fault (they have a 3 year warranty anyway). there is a lot of adjustments but once u get them set up a way u like u wont go back, they just make the front of my bike feel so good, only down side is there a little heavier than boxxers or 40s but there only 6.95 lbs (the rc3 coils are a bit heavier) which is like 0.15 more than 40s which to be honest u could save by not quite eating as much before you go out and ride or something Smile

That's such a nice bike! its looks absolutely mint, easily worth several grand even thought its an early 90s bike, maybe even late 80s. and as for people saying its only a Honda, maybe but Honda make some dam nice bikes (cb1000r and new fireblade spring to mind + the hornet) and this is one of the best ones ever. To the people saying Italian bikes are better, Yer i agree Ducatis definably look and sound nice and probably ride nice although a bit expensive and not really as reliable as a jap bike, but as for Aprilia, i would rather use my downhill bike as transport on the road than have an Aprilia.
Anyway that's enough ranting about motorbikes, its a pretty cool shot although i hope the owner of the vfr wasn't watching, and my god that guy on the left is tall.

Would kinda be hard to pose this, compressed suspension, wind rippled jersey, and the fact that slope is about 70degrees steep, and pretty much vertical in the middle where the wood and stones are + to be honest why pose this, you just ride down it, its far easier. I'm not defending it because its my own picture i just thought it should be said.

well last season was my first season racing and i only did 4 races, only 2 races with my turner, i think the best one was like 20th out of around 35 in my category (Junior) so not that great but will do better this season i hope as i have done a lot more riding and practice for this season, we shall see.

why 06 wc? these 08 ata wc are amazing to ride and so much lighter than older marzocchi, and i don't really fancy boxxers although the 2010 ones look promising.
